Investment
Process
We believe that a fully diversified portfolio should reflect our own investment time horizons and our ability to accept risk. Therefore, we "financial engineer" a Syndication Program that has been structured to provide access to multiple asset generating companies by using a Multi Facet investment approach.
INVESTMENT STYLES
VIC Capital attempt to reduce risk in our investment strategy by using a combination of investment styles. The styles used for the Syndication Program may include any of the followings:
Market-oriented:
Our market-oriented strategy will provide diversification
by making both growth and value company selections in high-growth markets that generally exhibit persistent growth of revenues.
Growth-oriented:
The growth style focuses on future earnings growth potential.
We push for expected earning growth of a company to materializes with our integrated supports. The focus of our growth strategy is more on the future
than the present.
Value-oriented:
In certain cases, our financial management style focuses more on the current market of a company
as opposed to its future earnings. Our value strategy instigates a judgment that the current market of a company is
low but has a great potential to rebound causing a considerable
gain.
INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Syndication Program' s primary investment objective is to provide current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in Asian companies with short-term growth potential or listed on recognized stock exchanges. Furthermore, VIC capital thoroughly screens both public and private companies while searching for companies with strong leadership ability, aggressive marketing plans and proven track records. Companies we have concluded will explode with little cash infusion.
INVESTMENT STRATEGIES
The Syndication Program may enter into lending
transactions to generate additional income from companies held as
part of the portfolio in a manner that is consistent with its investment
objectives. The Syndication Program also expects to invest
in growth and value markets whereas these markets are known to produce
a higher return.
